Bondi Beach. Our stylish new 1.5 bedroom apartment is located within a short 2 minute walk to Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-storey Art Deco building (1930s), which is very well-kept and sits in a quiet part of a pleasant Bondi Beach street (cul-de-sac). The apartment has been tastefully renovated with polished floors and modern finishes, yet it retains nice Art Deco period features such as high ceilings and ornate details. Since the apartment faces the back of the building, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Accommodating up to 3 adults, the main bedroom has a Queen size bed (205 x 155 cm) and the second smaller bedroom has a comfortable King Single bed (107 x 205 cm). Included is the use of all facilities and modern appliances, such as a brand new stainless steel fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, 96 cm LCD screen TV and new elegant leather lounge. Altogether you have a stylish relaxed beachside home, which is within view of Bondi Beach and next to all of Bondi’s exciting lifestyle options. The apartment is available for a short-term rental (up to 6 weeks) from December 2008 to February 2009. The rent is $1,200-1,400 per week depending on your length of stay.
